    Who We Are

    Golden Age Financial is a local, family owned California corporation. We opened our doors in November of 2015.

    We saw a need in the Reverse Mortgage market that wasn’t being filled. The process, the product, and the experience were extremely frustrating and confusing to clients, and we knew that needed to change.

    What We Do

    We offer a very unique approach to the entire process, whether you are considering your first Reverse Mortgage, or you’ve done several of them. We’ve streamlined the loan process to close within 45 days, so that we have happy, educated clients, who refer us business all the time.

    How We’re Different

    We’ve taken the initial financial risk out of the process for our Clients. We do this by covering the upfront cost of the Appraisal. We only recover the cost when the loan closes. If your loan gets denied, then you never pay for the Appraisal.

    *Clients must complete HUD Counseling, complete and sign a loan Application, sign all necessary Loan Disclosures per the Federal and State guidelines, and provide all necessary financial and legal documentation needed for Submission, prior to the Appraisal being scheduled.

    **If the loan is Approved, and the Client choses to withdraw, then they are responsible for reimbursing the cost of the Appraisal to the Company.
