We’ve taken the initial financial risk out of the process for our Clients. We do this by covering the upfront cost of the Appraisal. We only recover the cost when the loan closes. If your loan gets denied, then you never pay for the Appraisal.
*Clients must complete HUD Counseling, complete and sign a loan Application, sign all necessary Loan Disclosures per the Federal and State guidelines, and provide all necessary financial and legal documentation needed for Submission, prior to the Appraisal being scheduled.
**If the loan is Approved, and the Client choses to withdraw, then they are responsible for reimbursing the cost of the Appraisal to the Company.
